The Margaretta Lady Bears softball team finished the regular season with a 9-1 record in SBC Bay Division play, earning the 2026 SBC Bay Division Championship. The postseason honors were released today, with six Lady Bears receiving all-conference recognition for their outstanding performances this season. First Team All-SBC selections included: • Cassidy Lane – Pitcher • Brooke Hastings – Catcher • Lucy Edwards – Infield • Tessa Lane – Outfield Second Team All-SBC selections included: • Ellianna Young – Infield • Ellaynah Schaefer – Outfield The Lady Bears will begin tournament play tonight as they travel to Clyde High School to take on Lakota in the Division District Semifinals. First pitch is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
